K-331ABS Granule Packing Machine
Two materials mix packing, with rotary plate and tipping bucket.
Advantage: Good for packing two kinds of materials at the same time.
One is automatic filling, another is Manual feeding. Complete different materials mixing packing together.
Performance:
Controlled by micro-computer with an actuated signal to handle and set program, accomplish the whole set of synchronization working for bag length, position fixing, cursor automatically track, automatic diagnose the fault and show to screen.
Function:
Excellent performance to automatically complete a series of actions: bag making,materials measuring, filling, inflating, counting, sealing, code printing, cutting, date printing, feeding, quantitative downtime and batch cutting.
Packing materials:
Hot-sealing materials, like Polyester/polyethylene, nylon-composite membrane, strengthen-composite membrane, BOPP and so on.
Application: For packing food, medicine and toys.
Like Puffed food, fried fresh chips, cracknel, peanuts, rice cakes, pancakes, seeds and so on.
